If you do not have one of the insurances accepted by the practice, payment in full is expected at each appointment and a charge card number must be on file so that full payment can be charged at/after each visit.  A superbill may be provided to you so that you may request reimbursement from your insurance company if it is available in your plan.  A 48-hour cancellation notice is required or patients are charged $125.00.

Fees are indicated below. Please note that due to the complicated nature of medical billing and coding, not all charges can be anticipated or described precisely in advance of the appointment.
