IMy office no longer accepts insurance. A superbill may be provided to you so that you may request reimbursement from your insurance company if it is available in your plan.  A 24-hour cancellation notice is required or patients are charged $125.00.

Dr. do Valle accepts cash, checks, PayPal, and major credit cards.

Fees are indicated below. Please note that due to the complicated nature of medical billing and coding, not all charges can be anticipated or described precisely in advance of the appointment.
